Dr. Karent Sierra
MEET KARENT
Born in New York City and raised in Miami, Karent is a prime example of a Latina who embraces her Colombian roots while also maintaining a strong American identity. She's outgoing, thoughtful and charismatic! Her love for life, fuels her passion for travel making her a bonafide globetrotter. Karent is a huge animal lover who often volunteers for the Human Society to help our furry friends find forever homes. Sierra is known to many for her role as a cast member in Bravo's The Real Housewives of Miami. But what many don't know is that she's been in the entertainment industry since she was 18. First as a beauty queen and then later appearing in several soap operas and commercials.
PHILANTHROPIST
Dr. Karent Sierra also has a passion for helping people that are less fortunate, she is the founder of Sharing Smiles. The foundation is a philanthropic organization that assists underprivileged families by providing dentistry services, medical supplies and hygiene items. She has traveled to Kenya, India, Guatemala, Colombia and Venezuela on her mission to provide a lifelong road to healthy oral care.

Currently, Karent is the host for BELatina on Lifetime Television. The show celebrates Latino diversity, covering topics such as food, fitness and finance. The show serves up content that celebrates the monumental cultural shift across the country; showcasing women’s individuality and multicultural diversity, to create even more space for the evolution of Latina/Afro-Latinx empowerment across multiple themes and channels.
